Hello East Region!
Hope you've all made it through the holidays and the covid crush of January well. And now you all need something to look forward to...
So come on out to the Art of Education viewing party on February 5th, beginning at 11am. You can come out for the whole day or just part of it. The conference schedule is below, so you can plan accordingly. Just note, times are listed for Central Time, so we're an hour ahead.
We will be meeting at Avondale Elementary at 3933 Eaton Dr NW, Canton, OH 44708. Please use Door #5 on Eaton Dr. (map below). Please RSVP here if you plan on attending. And please share this event with fellow art teachers who aren't in OAEA! It's a great opportunity for some contact hours and all our colleagues are welcome.
I encourage you to bring a sketchbook, writing utensils, and maybe a project you've been working on if you're like me and pay attention better with your hand moving. Also I'd love to peek at what you all are working on personally.
